Single Bottle of pH Neutral Sterile Eye / Skin Wash
Eyewash bottles hold more solution than pods. The extra quantity of sterile water means that they are good for flushing out objects/chemicals etc in the eye and provide a more continuous flow.
Where mains tap water is not readily available for eye irrigation, at least one litre of sterile water or sterile saline (0.9%) in sealed, disposable containers should be provided. (HSE Guidelines)
Once seals are broken, containers should not be kept for reuse.
