We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are quite happy to have the item sent back to us for a full refund. However, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost and the safe packing of the item prior to sending – we cannot give refunds on returns that are delivered damaged due to poor packaging.
Once we receive your goods back, we will process the return within 24 hours – (Monday to Friday)
Damaged in Transit.
If your item arrives damaged, it will be because of excessively poor handling by the courier – we always pack all of our goods exceedingly well – In order to give you a full refund, we will need to claim off the courier ourselves, so will require images and details of the damage and if possible the packaging. Please email us that information on [email protected].
Items Returned Because They are Incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of a mistake by us, we will refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. We will also pay the costs of returning it to us by either refunding your return postage or sending a returns label.
Damaged or Defective.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
In all cases, please notify us within 2 working days of delivery.
When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
REFUND POLICY.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
